Términos de uso de Strato Bounce

1. Aceptación
Al instalar o usar Strato Bounce (el «Juego»), desarrollado por Breyner Parada (el «Desarrollador»), aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Juego.
2. Licencia de uso
Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el Juego en tu dispositivo, con fines no comerciales. El Juego, su código, arte, música y marca son propiedad del Desarrollador y no puedes copiarlos, modificarlos, descompilarlos ni distribuirlos, salvo que la ley lo permita expresamente.
3. Cuenta de jugador
- Puedes jugar sin cuenta. Iniciar sesión con Google Play Juegos es opcional y habilita rankings y el concurso.
- Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta de Google. Se permite una cuenta de jugador por persona.
- Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento (ver Eliminar mi cuenta).
4. Juego limpio
Está prohibido hacer trampas: modificar la app o su memoria, usar bots, automatizaciones o emuladores para falsear puntajes, enviar datos falsos al servidor, abusar de errores del Juego o crear varias cuentas para ganar ventaja. Podemos eliminar puntajes, suspender o cerrar cuentas y descalificar del concurso a quien lo haga.
5. Anuncios
El Juego es gratis y se financia con publicidad (Google AdMob), incluidos videos opcionales con recompensa (por ejemplo, una vida extra). Ver un video es siempre voluntario. Cómo se tratan los datos de la publicidad se explica en la Política de privacidad.
6. Concurso mensual
El concurso de premios se rige por las Bases oficiales, que prevalecen sobre estos términos en lo relativo al concurso. Es gratuito, de habilidad, y el monto del pozo no está garantizado: solo se reparten premios si el pozo alcanza el mínimo indicado en las bases. Google no patrocina el concurso.
7. Compras dentro de la app
Si en el futuro el Juego ofrece compras (por ejemplo, aspectos del personaje o quitar anuncios), se procesarán mediante Google Play y se regirán también por sus condiciones de pago y reembolso. Las compras no dan ventaja en el concurso.
8. Disponibilidad y cambios
El Juego se ofrece «tal cual». Podemos actualizarlo, cambiar o retirar funciones, reiniciar rankings o suspender el servicio en línea cuando sea necesario (mantenimiento, seguridad, cambios legales). Hacemos lo posible por mantenerlo funcionando, pero no garantizamos que esté siempre disponible ni libre de errores.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida que la ley lo permita, el Desarrollador no será responsable de daños indirectos, pérdida de datos o de puntajes, ni de fallos de red, de tu dispositivo o de servicios de terceros (Google Play Juegos, Firebase, AdMob). Nada de esto limita derechos que la ley te reconozca como consumidor.
10. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el Juego y desinstalarlo cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso si incumples estos términos.
11. Cambios en estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos. Publicaremos aquí la versión nueva con su fecha; si sigues usando el Juego después, se entiende que la aceptas.

1. Acceptance
By installing or using Strato Bounce (the "Game"), developed by Breyner Parada (the "Developer"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on your device for non-commercial purposes. The Game, its code, art, music and brand belong to the Developer, and you may not copy, modify, decompile or distribute them, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. Player account
- You can play without an account. Signing in with Google Play Games is optional and enables leaderboards and the contest.
- You are responsible for the activity on your Google account. One player account per person is allowed.
- You can delete your account at any time (see Delete my account).
4. Fair play
Cheating is prohibited: modifying the app or its memory, using bots, automation or emulators to fake scores, sending false data to the server, exploiting bugs in the Game, or creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage. We may remove scores, suspend or close accounts and disqualify offenders from the contest.
5. Ads
The Game is free and supported by advertising (Google AdMob), including optional rewarded videos (for example, an extra life). Watching a video is always voluntary. How advertising data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Monthly contest
The prize contest is governed by the Official Rules, which prevail over these terms regarding the contest. It is free to enter, based on skill, and the size of the pool is not guaranteed: prizes are only awarded if the pool reaches the minimum stated in the rules. Google does not sponsor the contest.
7. In-app purchases
If the Game offers purchases in the future (for example, character skins or removing ads), they will be processed through Google Play and also governed by its payment and refund terms. Purchases give no advantage in the contest.
8. Availability and changes
The Game is provided "as is". We may update it, change or remove features, reset leaderboards or suspend the online service when necessary (maintenance, security, legal changes). We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or scores, or failures of the network, your device or third-party services (Google Play Games, Firebase, AdMob). Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law.
10. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with its date; continuing to use the Game afterwards means you accept it.
